  • 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (flakes)
  • 3/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated (or shredded)
  • 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil (I use Becel oil)
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
